8. Transfers to third countries
We generally process personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If we use third-party tools (e.g. Google Analytics where consent has been granted), data may be transferred to the United States under European Commission Decision 2023/1795 (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. The recipient is required to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

- • Rectification of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data (Art. 16)
- • Erasure — right to be forgotten (Art. 17)

- • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
If you believe your rights have been violated in the processing of your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

10. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not perform automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
